Personal Information and Documents Handling Agreement
I agree to the following matters regarding the handling of personal documents and personal information.
- Regarding the purpose of use of personal information
① For providing information to Companies seeking human resources through recruitment services.
② For preparing and submitting application documents to various government agencies. “The personal information we have recently collected will not be used for any purpose other than the above items required for Recruitment services and Visa application. ” - Regarding provision of personal information to third parties The collected personal information will not be provided to any third party without consent, unless otherwise provided by law or in the items above.

個人情報取扱同意書
個人情報の取扱いについて、下記の事項を確認の上、同意します。
- 個人情報の利用目的について
① 人材紹介サービスを通じて、求人者（企業）への情報提供のため。
② 各政府機関への申請書類の作成や提出のため。 - 今般収集した個人情報は、人材紹介業務および在留資格申請に必要な上記以外の目的には使用いたしません。
- 個人情報の第三者への提供について 収集した個人情報は、法令及び上記項目に別段の定めがある場合を除き、同意を得ないで第三者に個人情報を提供することは致しません。
